In addition to the general Mini training program, Enterprise Academy offers specialized Micro training programs for professionals who want to be active in ECE and Child Care.
The participants would receive a
Certificate in Management and Business Administration
mentioning to the specialization (Child Care Centre Management).
Certified Childcare Centre Manager (CCCM)
Participants in this specialized program who have a minimum of two years related experience are eligible to receive highly valuable Certified Childcare Centre Manager designation (entitling you to use CCCM designation after your name) from Canadian National Management Accreditation Council (a not-for-profit organization) approved by the Canadian federal government.
New: Additionally, your business (childcare centre or daycare) would receive the formal certificate
“Accredited Business in Childcare Centre Management”
from National Management Accreditation Council (Canada). You can use it on your marketing materials and at your office to show high
level of management professionalism and existing expertise in your business.

The general modules for the program are:
Management, Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Business Planning, Accounting and Finance essentials, Human Resources, Information Technology Basics, Entrepreneurship and E-Myths.
For specialized program in Child Care Centre Management, an additional Child Care Centre Management module must to be studied.
The participant (student) of this program may become a member of the
Canadian Child Care Federation (CCCF).
